Adamawa United/ Queens rap up season in style.

2025/2026 football season a has ended with Adamawa United FC and Adamawa Queens putting up a spirited performance that will go down in history and one of the best in recent time.
The clubs under the the leadership of Hon Bulus Daniel ablely assisted by a workholic club secretary, Dr. Yusuf Chidama and other management staff of the clubs took the challenge from the start of the season.
The clubs technical crew and players also took the challenge to heart haven gotten good moral and financial support from the management as they went into every match of the season with determination and commitment.
Adamawa United FC was relegated the season before and Adamawa state governor, Ahamadu Umar Finitri felt this is not good for a sport loving state like Adamawa.
Governor Finitri set in motion on how to revival the team and the search light went to Hon Bulus Daniel a retired footballer, a season administrator and a pragmatic goal getter, Dr. Yusuf Chidama to take charge of Secretariat along side other members of the management team .
The management swang into action and first got a slot to keep Adamawa United FC in the second tier of Nigeria football league and then place advert for qualified coaches, back room staff and other staff that is required for the effective running of the club.
With the first stage done, the club went and recruited tested players alongside some of the retained players.
In the maiden address to the officials and players of the clubs, the Chairman, Bulus Daniel charged the teams to go and get promotion as the target but was also quick to note that with the challenges a comfortable position at the end of season will be appreciated.
With these charges, was time for action, the technical crew and players started the season on a good note, a temple they maintain all through the season.
Adamawa United FC, at the end of the season came second with two points behind winners Ranchers Bees of Kaduna in group D .
A narrow miss to get promoted to the elite division of the Nigeria Football League since 2013 when the club last played in the premier League .
The club performance has been far below expectations but with this renewed hope and determination, next season the club will go for the zenith.
For Adamawa Queens FC, it was more tasking, having to cris cross the length and breath of the country to play the best teams in female football in Nigeria.
From the Savannah to the cricks of Rivers and Biyeasa and west coast, Adamawa Queens held their own placing fourth behind Biayas Queens, Rivers Angles and Edo Queens in their group also narrowly missing out in the playoff.
Dr. Yusuf Chidama, Secretary of the clubs while commending the officials and players of both teams, thanked them for their commitment and urged them to carry this renewed hope into next season.
He assured them the management under the leadership of Hon. Bulus Daniel will continue to place the welfare of players above all, he also urged them to write all the wrong noticed this season for the teams to attain the ultimate goal.
