Monday Simon promised inclusive leadership during campaign tour

A massive crowd of supporters on Thursday trooped out across Guyuk and Shelleng Federal Constituency to welcome Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant, Monday Simon, as he formally declared his bid for elective office.
Supporters from Kem and surrounding communities adorned motorcycles with PDP banners bearing the image of Monday Simon, while many others wore branded T-shirts and face caps to demonstrate their loyalty and support for the aspirant.
As the campaign train moved from Kem to Shelleng town, large crowds lined the route to receive the PDP hopeful, chanting slogans and pledging their continued support ahead of the elections.
Upon arrival in Shelleng, Monday Simon paid a courtesy visit to the palace of the Amna Shelleng, Abdullahi Isa Dasong, where he sought royal blessings and goodwill for his political ambition.
The campaign train later proceeded to Guyuk, where the aspirant also visited the palace of the Kwandi Nunguraya Kurhaye, Dishong Dan Sanda II.
Addressing supporters during the tour, Monday Simon assured residents of his commitment to providing inclusive representation and an open-door leadership style if elected to represent Guyuk/Shelleng Federal Constituency.
He pledged to work towards unity, development, and effective representation for all communities within the constituency, stressing the need for collective progress and people-oriented leadership.
