NYSC Strengthen Partnership on Corps Members’ Safety in Adamawa

The Adamawa State Commissioner of Police, Kabir Umar Hassan, has reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to safeguarding corps members as he received the State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) during a courtesy visit at the police headquarters in Yola.
The meeting provided a platform for both parties to engage in strategic discussions aimed at strengthening collaboration, particularly in enhancing the safety and security of corps members deployed across the state.
Speaking during the visit, Hassan stressed the importance of sustained partnership between the police and the NYSC in fostering youth development and national unity. He assured that the Command would continue to support NYSC activities and maintain proactive measures to protect lives and property.
The NYSC State Coordinator commended the police for their ongoing efforts and expressed optimism that deeper collaboration would further improve the welfare and security of corps members serving in Adamawa.
